SECURITY

Registered Mortgage over real property zoned residential, in Qld, NSW & Vic metropolitan areas and in agreed regional centres of population 10,000 and more. Other additional security will be considered to make the loan work for you, i.e. cars, boats, shares.

Maximum Term 12 months

1st Mortgage - from 12% p.a. 2nd Mortgage - From 2% per month

APPROVALS

Because you are dealing directly with the lender, approvals can be given without delay.
In most cases you will be provided with a Letter of Offer within hours of the application being received.

SETTLEMENT

Once security documents have been signed, funds will be advanced within 48 hours.

For most residential properties in the metropolitan area's of Qld, NSW & Vic a standard valuation fee would be approximately $400;

Legal's:

from $1,250.00 plus outlays, deducted at settlement.

Please note: A client commitment deposit of $500 is payable on signing of the Letter of Offer and is credited at settlement.
